today my omnivorous sister, mother, and young niece came over for an impromptu lunch. i was stressin’ at first, but then i had an epiphany and threw some health is wealth vegan nuggets in the oven—-16 minutes later, everybody was full and happy. kid approved, meat eating adult approved, these nuggs are a crowd-pleaser. i have tried pretty much every vegan “chicken nugget” on the market, and these rule the school.

I contemplated buying these the other day at Publix. Must go back.
